After years of development across international stages, Alice in Wonderland has finally opened in London with a spectacular gala performance on Sunday at the Marylebone Theatre. Produced By Broadway Haus and DEM productions, and designed/directed by Nate Bertone.

This production has been a long and rewarding journey for me — I’ve had the joy of designing and building the puppets for this show as it’s evolved over the years. From its early versions overseas to its latest reimagining in London, the puppets have grown along with the production — and it’s been wonderful to see them come to life on this stage.

I’d like to give heartfelt thanks to the brilliant creatives who’ve joined me on this journey, on and off over the years:
Dani Duffy, Emily Booth, Emily Morus Jones, and Helena Rose — thank you for your craftsmanship, artistry, and support.

Now, in its new London form, the show is getting fantastic reviews — and the puppets are stealing the spotlight.
